About this tool
Most Maharashtra and central government application forms — MPSC, Police Bharti, Talathi, SSC, IBPS — show a sample grid: photo on the left, signature on the right, inside a fixed pixel box. This tool recreates that box so you don't have to fight with Paint or a phone editing app just to line two images up.
Match the box on the official notification. If the form says 200×230 for the photo, use exactly that. Overshooting by a few pixels is usually fine, but a doubled-size image often gets rejected by the upload form.
Keep both scans clean. Sign on plain white paper in good light, then crop tight before importing. A busy or shadowed background confuses the auto-crop on some portals, and so does a dark-bordered photo scan.
Choose the right format. Export PNG when the next step needs lossless edges; export JPG when the portal asks for the smallest file size in KB.
